Poker Duel FAQ

Is Poker Duel gambling?

No. Poker Duel uses free play points for entertainment, gameplay, and cosmetics only. Points are not sold, have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for prizes.

Can I win real money?

No. Poker Duel does not offer cash prizes, withdrawals, sweepstakes prizes, or any cash-out system.

Can I buy play points?

No. Poker Duel does not sell play points, entries, player fees, sweepstakes entries, raffle entries, or prize opportunities.

What are hole sets?

A hole set is a two-card pair dealt to a player. Instead of having one hand, you receive five hole sets. Each round you choose one unused set to combine with the community cards.

Why are table points separate?

Available points are your general free play point balance. Table points are the amount currently committed to the active game. Separating them helps prevent refresh abuse and makes the full-match structure easier to understand.

Do cosmetics change my odds?

No. Cosmetics are visual only. Card skins, emotes, badges, and name colors do not affect the deck, hand strength, scoring, or match outcome.

Why do some features require an account?

Accounts are needed for server-saved points, cosmetics, online rooms, leaderboards, friends, verification, and safer point tracking. Guest mode is mainly local practice on one device.

Why is mobile browser support basic?

The web version is focused on desktop play with basic mobile compatibility. A dedicated mobile app may be built later, so the browser version avoids overly complex mobile-only controls.

How do I contact support?
